A Journey Through the Struggle. Do you see yourself struggling to make it to the gym or just eating the wrong food? However, I find it to be helpful to set yourself a monthly goal and an award of achievement for yourself. I like the ideas of an article I read, that pretty much matches my ways on how I stay positive to achieve that goal in living a healthier lifestyle. In the article it mentioned that you should be penalized for missing a workout day or you have cheated on your meal. For example, you make a commitment to yourself for each week out of the month that you will go to the gym 4 days out of that week. If you don’t reach that goal for that week there’s a penalty, monetary or embarrassment from your friends. Another way that can help yourself stay on a healthy living lifestyle, is positive thinking. I have a positive outlook everyday to keep myself motivated to work out and eat healthy. I look forward to eating a healthy meal or snack because I know I will feel better, look good and keep my weight down. I know if I can keep this positive thinking I will see results from achieving my goals. In addition, to my positive thinking is my workout, is my running days. Every weekend mornings I look forward to that early feeling of the morning. I am highly energized and ready. Ready to hear the sounds of morning, the feel of morning air, and the smell of fresh morning. This is what I positively think about to do for the weekend. The motivation in me to foot kiss the pavement on the weekends. Therefore, set yourself a goal, and keep a positive thinking outlook for a healthy looking lifestyle. Your motivation will become a habit of a healthier lifestyle.
